the game will enter the load screen and just stay there the plumbob will circle and the word change but it doesn't actually load the game

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
