Could you please provide the following information
- Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
- Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
- Can you not load into any family or just a specific one ?
- Can you load the lot in build mode ?
