The game will load me in but once I click on my house hold it either just loads and have to restart the game or it just takes me back to the worlds and it’s just glitching.

Having the same issue, except I don't have mods. I've already reached out to support, but nothing has helped yet. I'm not sure how to proceed.
what are you seeing exactly ? Back to world ? Endless loading ?
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- - Delete the ones you have
- - Trigger the error again
- - Check if new ones are created
- - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
What platform are you on ? Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
Back to world and endless loading, both. I do see LastException, but they're all from last year. I'm on PC. This save is as old as the game. I have it backed up over the years, the last one being this past late September. I have one particular family with a significant family tree, so I'm wondering if that is causing a problem with the update. I think my save is too complex 😂
