The game will load me in but once I click on my house hold it either just loads and have to restart the game or it just takes me back to the worlds and it’s just glitching.

I had this problem as well, but the February 19th patch fixed my game. However, my game freezes when I tried to look at my 10-gen legacy save after loading in 😭 I didn't get a last exception file either. So just to warn those who just got their game fixed, don't open the family tree if you have multiple generations!
nevermind... it stopped working again and I am back on the infinite loading screen issue... the thing is I tried to fix my black photo problem using Sims 4 Studio (using this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Sims4/comments/1qu8zxy/comment/o393h9i/ ) and after I tried to play my game normally I was back on the infinite loading screen where I can pick a household to play in, but cannot load into the household. there were no last exception files formed, i even tried to recover saves from last month where the photos were there, but nope. can't load in. i also tried other households, still can't play the game. if anyone wants to try to troubleshoot my 10-gen save the link is here:

I tested your save and the main lot loaded fine for me. Do you have only some lots that don't load ?
thank you for testing out the save! I tried again and it turns out I just have to wait longer than usual for the game to load. Before the family tree update it would take a whole minute to load, now it has to take about 5-8 minutes to load. I just have to be more patient now, but at least my legacy save is working again! thank you again for testing!
