The game will load me in but once I click on my house hold it either just loads and have to restart the game or it just takes me back to the worlds and it’s just glitching.

Since the first dynasty/ family tree update in February sims 4 for the console hasn't been working for preexisting saves I really need some acknowledgment that this is a problem that will be looked at and fixed hopefully soon
could you give some details what happens ? Does it crash ? Just endless loading for every household or just specific households ?
This has happened of my 5 year+ save since the family tree update in February, it's endless loading for every household.
