Endless loading

ok so first i already diskused my problem in the forum with other peope but nothing worked for me and i dont know what to do next. my problem is that i can´t load any household since the update from 29th april 2025. i can enter cas and its loading normal but i can´t load into a household. and today i also tried to change something in a building but it doesn´t load either. therefore i can´t play my sims and it´s getting frustating and as i mentioned i already tried everything i deleted my whole mods folder and repaired my game via the ea app and other solutions but nothing works for me. and i know that my pc have the required system and is above them so that can´t be the issue and i think my saves can´t be corrupted because i dont get any error code and i see all my household and lot on the world manager. so please fix this

    Ok i just wanted to let u know that i think i sollen my Problem by reloading into a later Version of my safe file and i can load into my family and into the building. But thanks for the help and the tipps

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    No i don´t get any LastException or LastCrash files when this happens. every time i check for such files but they dont show up and i have to close the game with task manager. and as i said i already inspected my mods but even without them the problem exists. any other idea?

    Did you read the linked thread and try to narrow down if it's a specific household and if so, if it's the lot or the family that causes issues ? Did you test a new save ?

    If you have it on every lot, it's probably save game corruption.

    i tested it on different lots so i think it s not my family and yes i treid it with a new save and it worked. So you think its  save game corruption do you have any sugestions to solve this because i never had this issue.
