Engagement ring changes fingers after proposal

I've been having this issue since CC came out, and I tested it today with a sim who had no other rings on either hand, and it still did the same thing. On the left hand's 4th finger when the proposal was happening, and then swapped to the right hand's 3rd after. Very frustrating. Not sure what's causing it since this has been a glitch since the pack came out.
