Error 123 when traveling to Britechester

I receive "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:9bb4a0f0:8094ac34. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." whenever I travel to Britechester. I also received the same error when my sim was...

I've been having a similar error for about an hour, I don't have CC or mods. The game is pure

I am also having this problem. Sim living in Britechester, attempted to visit the pub, next day tried to visit the commons at Foxbury.  got the same 123 error code for both.
