Error Code: 104:4fe45107:46ff140f

Hey, whenever I load into my last save and have my sim go home from the current lot she's on, it gives an "Error Code: 104:4fe45107:46ff140f. It us recommended that you relaunch your game." After I click "okay", it takes me to the Residential Worlds screen where I'm able to select and travel to whatever lot I choose. If I choose the lot my aforementioned sim's home is, it does bring her there after the initial interaction. I've tried relaunching the game, but I still get the same error every time.

I haven't tried loading another lot in the same save but I keep getting this error code when trying to load my household. Except I only get it when I disable my mods. If my mods are enabled then I can get into the household perfectly fine.
