When I load into the game and press resume, the following error code comes up and says that I should relaunch the game. Doing so doesn't change anything, I've also repaired the game and removed my mods folder and the error still comes up. Any ideas?

I logged on a couple days ago and I got told error code 123:1034405cae4f042 advising me to restart the game, so I did. Every day, multiple times a day I have restarted it and I was met with the same problem, I even googled how to properly restart but it still didn't work. I do have some mods and CC installed but they haven't worked since an update 2024. Please fix this, I cant play sims 4 and I have over 30 packs installed and I have spent over a few hundred pounds.
crinrict I also got the code 123:1034405:ff49c79f! I tried restarting my game multiple times, turning off the 'allow custom content and mods' option in the game settings menu, and repairing the game via the EA app, none of which seems to have worked. I've attached a screenshot of the LastException data below.
EDIT: Switching to another household and inviting my Detective sim over fixed the problem! Thanks!
