[Modded save file] I had this issue today with the community garden. Weirdly, it's not always happened. Previously, I had some LEs when I visited (during playtest), but I encountered an error code today.
Moreover, when I created a recovery file to play or reopen the same save, there is an orange "!" icon on the lot like this.
However, after entering build mode and exiting to the map, the icon returns to normal again.
So, I tried to fix the issue by
- Open the save, go to Evergreen Harbor, enter the problem lot (community garden) with build mode
- Exit the build mode
- Visit the lot in live mode with the household.
Now I can enter this lot without any LE.
I already tried 2 times and all are successful, but I'm unsure if it works only in my case or not (my save is modded), I share this in case someone wants to try.

-Caution-
As same as other save file corruption, this bug may migrate to another save file if you open the save again without reopening the game.
So, when you have a bug that risks "save corruption", exit the game without saving before reopening the game. Don't just go to the main menu.
