I tested again with a different situation. After I can enter the community garden, I save the game, exit, and reload the game again.
---> Had Error code 123:35e4f805 and jumped to the map again
- This time, using "enter build mode once before enter live made again" that I mentioned before can't work. I still jumped to the map.
- Then I tried to change the lot type to generic, ---> change to community garden again
- ---> It worked. I can enter this lot again.
But as this issue is so suspicious of risking the save file corruption, I decided not to save the progress. And I will avoid visiting this lot until there is a mention about fixing this.

Note - I haven't had Adventure Awaits in the game yet. Also, don't have Enchanted by Nature right now. (Bought it, but disabled this EP for now)
