Just had the same issue, was playing with mods since the update and have been to the community space a few times since the update but all of a sudden decided not to work. Tried reloading game but same issue. Sim shows as in evergreen harbour on world picker and when i select my sims family on the world she lives in goes back to world picker screen with same error message
