Same thing happened to me today. But it let me go there once, the game had a time lag from 7am until when i tried to travel, got the error code when relaunching.
This was a new save started a couple of hours before hand, the only time I had gone to the lot was to vote in the maker space.
Didn't know about evicting, so i recovered my save back to an hour before. When going into the maker space, like above, it was tagged as incomplete but it had all required items.
