Error code 123:35e4f805/Travelling to maker space

I’m getting the same issue when attempting to travel to my Maker Space lot in Port Promise. My one sim is a Notable Newcomer (no fans yet). Seeing the same:

• accessible in build and buy but not live mode
• errors when trying to travel from the world map or from clicking on it in game while in the neighbourhood 
• errors when trying to travel even solo with my non-celebrity sim of the household
• displays an exclamation point above the lot in manage worlds after erroring. 
• Restarting or repairing the game does not fix

Are your Sims celebrities and do you have any fans on the lot ?

Getting this error as well. After it boots you back to the map, if you load into Evergreen Harbor, it shows the community space you tried to load as incomplete, with the exclamation mark above it in map view. The lot seems to be normal when you load into it in BB mode (ie. no required objects missing), but it glitches out when you try to visit in live mode.
