event items not added to account

I have finished the Nature's Calling event and claimed all the rewards but it appears as though some of them have not been correctly added to my account. For example, I am missing the Touch Grass Weekly #3 even though I have #1, #2 and #4. I also appear to be missing the recipe for the Wooden Throne even though I was able to make it originally to complete the quest. I have checked in build/buy mode and filtered by 'event' items but the missing items are not there.

I noticed this when I loaded up my household and it told me an item needed to be removed as it wasn't on my account - this turned out to be the Touch Grass Weekly #3 which I had placed down before. So something appears to have gone wrong between the play session when I finished the event and now.

I have tried repairing my game but it doesn't help. I don't use mods or have any custom content.

    I have just put them into a new save that I am getting all the collections for. This is how I got them out into a new game. Open your cheat box with "shift+ctrl+c". Type in the top bar "testingcheats on" then type in "bb.showhiddenobjects". After that type "bb.showliveeditobjects". You need to then funnel the search for "base game" on the lower right area that searches for things like color, style, custom content. Then in the search bar to the left you need to type in "debug" you will then get all base game debug items. The "Touch Grass Weekly" you will find them close to the "elements" and "freezer bunnies" if you have claimed that reward event in the past. Once you have them all out create a small room, save the room from the new game into your library. Then open the original game and drop the room into your game. Hope this helps.
