I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

I'm trying to load my game for the past 3 hours and until to get a failed to launched due to a error on you guys end I've repaired the game 3 times and restarted my computer twice and nothing will work please help me
