I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.
Ideas
For me it doesn't seem to be a problem with a particular mod, but possibly with merged packages.
I've done a 50/50 (or more like a 10/90 :D ) with my packaged mods and had the game load, then added a single merged .package file and got the error. I removed that package, and again got the error. I removed a few more, and the game loaded. Added some back, and the game failed to load.
You're not crazy. I have been 50/50ing my cc folder for hours. Entire folders of CC that I have already tested are confirmed "working" after I test a few more creators, the first ones I tested are causing the launching issues when I put one in by itself and it was working but now all of a sudden it's not. EA needs to fix the game and fix the block against PC users trying to use CC. It is 100% an EA issue and I'm so upset because of how much time I've spent to realize I have to play with no cc or just don't play. This is actually a big fail for EA.
