Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

To everyone who thinks the problem is CC it's not! it's does't matter if  you run batch fixes, try update the CC, take out some part and put back again nothing will work!!  why? BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IT'S IN THE GAME for some reason the CC ins't recognised right be the game, and well.. you game will not launch. so you can try do a 50/50 but, in the state game is the same CC you put and the you load you game one time it can be same one that your game won't start again after.. all these years being a fan of franchise, to TS2, TS3 e TS4 i'm never see a game in such ridiculous state that is right now.. what a damage their done with this **bleep** marketplace. my game will never load if a not take my CC (Tested multiple times) and this make me completely lose the interest in the game.. also i'm gonna back enjoying the sims 3 again.. and see if this game can be fixed one day. (If they can't fixed this they  proving that they really were monopolizing CC to marketplace).
