Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

Same exact issue is happening to me and so many others. Script mods are working but any CC is not. This is so infuriating 

Why did I update?  I thought it was all fixed.  Can open  the game without my mods, and can load a few, but then it begins to give me this same error.  I can't play.  Why did I update?

Having the same issue. All my mods work but only half of my cc loads, the rest causes this error. We need a proper fix immediately. This is such a turn off for lovers of the franchise

I'm experiencing the same. Tried all of the suggested fixes too. 50/50 isn't reliable, as a piece of cc can load fine once and then not the next time. 

Repair install only helps partly and resets once you exit EA or restart your computer. Resourceconfig file was not the issue. 

Tried a clean install too, and it only proved it wasn't a mod issue. I had no mods in place, and cc would still randomly crash things or not load the game. Someone suggested downgrading to dx9 in the game options, but this didn't work either. 

This is an issue on EAs end, not the modders or cc creators. 

I had the black screen issue, so I exited the game, updated script mods, and went back in. Turned on mods/cc in settings and exited the game. Fired it back up, and now my game won't even detect any of my cc. I really wish this Marketplace thing hadn't been implemented for so many reasons. I'm beyond frustrated.

Same thing happening, I did 50/50 and figured out what was breaking my game so I took it out and added the other stuff back, now won't launch. SO frustrating..

I'm having the same issue!!! I can't even turn off mods/cc (even removed them) still - nope!!! And we probably won't be able to play for like a couple of weeks.... knowing that these issues won't be fixed soon. :(
