I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.
Ideas
I get random game crashes like everyone, with absolutely random combination of mods. I found out a strange solution: it suddenly launches when I rename the files or folders which crashed the game last time. The meaningless renaming, just adding one more letter or smth like that, but it fixes my game. 🤷♀️
