I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.
Ideas
Try to force running the EA app as an administrator. At least this works for me.
1. Close all EA-related apps through task manager
2. Open C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
3. Right click on EADesktop.exe then go to Properties
4. Under the Compatibility tab, select "Run this program as an administrator", then click apply
5. Run the app and try to launch the game
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this, but it did not resolve the issue for me. I still get the Failed to launch game...An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.
