I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

Just sharing what worked for me: deleting Resource.cfg from the Mods folder seems to help. My game was launching one time and crashing the next with CAS CC installed. After deleting Resource.cfg, the game became much more stable. It recreates the file automatically on launch.
Thanks this got me into the game.
