I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

I had the same issue and I don't want to remove my mod folder completely so i tried my mods one by one. Long story short try removing Basemental Drugs if you have it, that was the only mods that i wasn't able to load my game with.
Shiamac hmm, unfortunately removing Basemental doesn't fix it for me. For me the reason is CC of some kind (no build CC) but narrowing it down is really hard. I'll get the game to launch, but if I add something back in that causes it to fail again, the previous fix stops working. I've started over twice and it becomes inconsistent each time. But as long as my CC is out of my mods folder, I can play with all script mods and other package files like ones associated with the script mods and gameplay fixes also work.
