I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

Agreed. I feel like it has been radio silence from EA on this. Are they actually still investigating? Or was the Notfix the end of their investigation? It's every simmer for themselves, If it worked for you, fantistic. if not, too bad... Three days later, it would be nice to get an update. I mean, they've admitted, through the error message on the launch that error is on their end. So do something about it. You communitcate what you are doing to help fix the issue and maybe, just maybe we players, may just be a little more patient. We just need to know something is being done, Sorry to hijack your comment! lol End of rant. I'll go back to ignoring my crying, hungry newborn and watching my toddler roam the streets alone until I can play my game again 🤣
Jaelle75 The post at the top of this thread is there because they're investigating. Right now, they're collecting user folders from players who have this problem. That's needed because a lot of players don't have this problem. I "work" (it's volunteer time) to support CC and mod users, so this first fell in my lap to help find the broken CC. I haven't been able to replicate the issue, even with a user folder that was broken for the player. So this is a complex issue, and needs a lot of info gathering to try to find what those users have in common.
You can help by providing your user folder. I would suggest other information alongside that -- stuff like your computer specs, your free storage, etc.
