I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

I have given up trying to troubleshoot this. I had so many plans for todays gameplay, it's Christmas Eve in my game, I was going to let the infant age up, and the day after, kill the grandparents as I have too many sims in my save. (That sounds bad, lol). Then I can move on to another family in my rotational play. Instead, I spent the evening refamiliarizing myself with Inzoi, and that is what I'll be playing until this is fixed. I just can't play without my CC, and none of the suggested solutions have worked out for me. I'm just so disappointed that this is barely being addressed by the team at EA. Crin has been great, and Solange asked for data. But, there isn't even an official bug report.
hollyw26 I suspect the topic is not being moved because it's really big and people coming to look for it, having heard where it is, would be upset to not find it. Plus it's about CC, so people tend to come to this Forum for it. There's also still a chance that there's something non-EA-created (mod-related software or a mod) that all the people who have this issue have in common that all the CC users who don't have the problem don't have, and that you had to have that before updating, or something like that. But EA is investigating! That's why they're asking for user folders in the pinned post at the top.
