I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

hi what folders should I send specifically? just the crash file or the whole sims 4 folder? Also who am I sending it too? the link doesn't say
