Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

Forced update, because disabling it means nothing if you can't open the game, then an update that breaks the game so badly, that some of us still cannot open the game. You'd think a game costing $1500 and 12 years old would play better. The bare minimum is being able to open the game. And DMing does no good, no one gets back to you.
