I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

Hi all,
We're currently investigating into this error and working towards a fix. We're treating this as urgent and will be sharing updates as we receive them. In the meantime, some Simmers have seen success with the following steps:
- Rename your user folder where your Mods folder is located. You can also drag it to your desktop
- Launch the game and exit to create a new user folder
- Copy your CC files over but don't copy the folders. Instead, make new folders manually
its been urgent for 3 days :') Ive been on house rest as ive recently returned from the hospital and the sims is one of my only pass-times that I can enjoy ! yalls game never works
i have done this and it's still not working. i know on a previous post you said to send the folder but i have no idea how to do so.

Heya, for the third step, do we not copy the subfolders of mods/CCs inside the Mods folder?
