I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

Some good news my dudes! Per discord, they are actively working on a patch for the patch. Of a patch. *Sigh* Anyways, testing is planned for this weekend and the release should be next week.
I remain cautiously hopeful.
I hope EA is aware they really messed up and are going to ensure this latest fix doesn't break something else or not fully fix the issue like the last "fix". It's going to be embarrassing if they need to do this a third time. A bug for a game that is like 10+ years old and was working fine a few days ago until they messed with it is a little rich.
Im so mad... next week for their error..
All this could have been avoided if EA game play tested vanilla, CC and Mods.
EA's announcement said Marketplace was "years of planning".
The fallout from updates is progressively worse. Less drama. Less excuses. More QA.
I love playing The Sims. I support the game and right now that means constructive criticism.Totally. I would have preferred a roll-back while they test the update in an isolated manner, I know they're getting pressured to pop things out asap, but QA suffers due to it.
