Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

Sorry, I hope EA can fix this, I can at least play even though its mildly annoying.
