I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.
Ideas
I didn't get any error popups; the game just wouldn't launch. Steps I have taken:
Move Mods folder to desktop
Move Sims 4 folder to desktop
Restart PC
Launch TS4 - successful but when I then closed it down, I got an error popup saying something like my graphics card was unrecognized (it didn't stay on screen long enough for me to read it in full).
Move save files into new saves folder within new Sims 4 folder.
Restart PC
Launch TS4 - successfully thus far. I'm going to manage without my mods or cc for now.
Dxdiag attached because I've never had any issues with my graphics card before and it's saying no problems found so am somewhat confused!
