I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.
Ideas
I'm trying to launch the game; the "Preparing game" window appears, but nothing happens.
What I've already tried:
- Cleared the cache.
- Updated/cleared my mods.
- Renamed the folder to "The Sims 41."
- Reinstalled the EA app.
Despite all this, the game still won't launch. I'm stumped and don't know what to do. Please help. Also, after reinstalling the EA app, I got a new error message:
"Failed to launch the game. The game couldn't launch due to an error on our end. Please try again later."
