It’s Monday TheSimsDirect have yall fixed the problem yet ? The hotfix didn’t work. The weekend is over…. What’s going on……???
Two things are really driving me crazy:
EA's public image is still acting like the hotfix from March 18th is the savior – when in fact it's making things even worse for many players!
There's also no official statement that the problem lies with the game's starting instance, not with custom content or mods. Hundreds (or even thousands) of users are wasting time searching for broken custom content, even though it's not broken (if their content was up-to-date on March 17th).
Dear EA team: Admitting mistakes and issuing warnings about your own product is also good service and can have a positive impact on your brand image.

This. The announcement of a collaboration (that no one seemed to ask for) instead of addressing issues with their disaster of a recent update really speaks volumes to their supporters.
