For some reason after I create a family and choose a lot for them to reside at, once I click "play" on the lot, then it will load but brings me right to the page showing all of the worlds and won't bring me to the house/lot that I clicked on to play. How can I fix this? It's also frustrating when I create a new family and sometimes, they just disappear after I create them.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- What error code are you getting ?
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
