Fairy body options missing in CAS

I’m having the issue of not being able to create a fairy in cas, like if I add a fairy sim into a household it will have wings but then if I go edit another sim and then go back to the fairy sim the wings will disappear and I will not be able to edit any fairy things like teeth ears and wings it’s very annoying. I have tried to repair the game but then it says I don’t have the pack which I do I pre ordered it ages ago and downloaded it immediately. Please help

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing ?

I’m having the same issue on my PC I have disabled my mods and it still happens. I don’t have the option to link or unlink fairy sims like it doesn’t come up at all. 

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Hi, I’m still having the issue after resetting the game

I bought "Enchanted by Nature" and when I go to create a new sim in CAS I have no wings option. I have no mods installed. I already cleared my cache and repair the EA app multiple times and still nothing. Please help!

could you post a pic on how it looks for you ? Are you checking on fairy form ?

What platform are you playing on ?
