Make sure to put nothing back and test a new save.
If this doesn't help, try creating a new windows user on your PC and test there.
I’ve managed to fix the game. In the end I had to completely uninstall the game as just resetting it did not work. Then I made sure that I installed enchanted by nature separately from the rest of my packs. This seemed to fix my issue and I can now create my fairy sims. I believe it was an issue when I downloaded the new pack, I don’t think it downloaded properly so re-downloading it was my only option. Thank you so much for all your help though.
