Fairy Sim getting Vampire Moodlet

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Was your Sim a vampire at any point ?
• If that's the case, how did you change them into a fairy ? Cured first or changed in CAS ?
• If not, did you download the Sim from the gallery ?

I'm not using any mods/cc. The sim was a vampire then changed to a fairy in CAS. I downloaded the sim from my gallery.

Yeah, CAS changed occults seem to retain their occult state in part.

You can cheat-remove the vampire occult or change them back to vampire and heal them the regular way, then change back to fairy.
