I'm not using any mods/cc. The sim was a vampire then changed to a fairy in CAS. I downloaded the sim from my gallery.
Yeah, CAS changed occults seem to retain their occult state in part.
You can cheat-remove the vampire occult or change them back to vampire and heal them the regular way, then change back to fairy.
