Currently running the Proud Parent scenario.
Fertility Massage gave fertility buff the first time I paid for it, but subsequent fertility massages you have to pay for twice to get the same fertility buff. Fertility Boost! (From Fertility Massage). This massage is expensive! Especially if you have to pay twice before you get any benefit.
Also, my pregnant Sims lie face-down on the massage table instead of in a safer and more comfortable position during pregnancy, like face-up or on their side. Just an unrealistic side note. Wouldn't happen in real life.
