Currently running the Proud Parent scenario. Fertility Massage gave fertility buff the first time I paid for it, but subsequent fertility massages you have to pay for twice to get the same fert...

Could you please provide the following information

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Did you test if it only happens in conjunction with the scenario or also if you play a game without it ?
