flashing when loading in

so, ive repaired my game many times, ive even restarted my pc many times, uninstalled the game again and again, deleted all of my cc and all of my mods, but my game is still bugged. when i load into the sims, i get to the screen that says "new game" the front page of sims, and it just flashes at me. im getting irritated as i have been messing with the game all morning trying to get it to work, and nothing. please helppppp.
