Floating furniture and building completely gone

As soon I place a rental lot on it, the game starts to delet all lots in Willow Creek. All houses disappear of the lots, even the standard lots vanished. All of my game issues started related to the Royalty and Legacy Expansion Pack.

As long as I do not touch the mentioned lot, everything is good. As soon I place a appartment build on it, the issues coming back.

JayK73​  Does this happen in all saves or just one?  Are you placing the same rental lot each time?  And what happens if you place a regular house (not a rental) instead?

During the event, I also played with my households from Willow Creek, and everything was going normally until I built an apartment building on the 64 x 64 lot.

The result was that all the lots were deleted and there were no buildings left. In the game view, the lots were back to their original state. When the lots were loaded, the buildings had also disappeared. All the original lots, such as the museum, park, and the like, were also gone. In addition, the public lots were converted into residential lots.

Re-establishing the lots led to error code 800 when continuing to play later.

After the deletion of the properties, a file is also damaged. A new file is requested via Steam repair.

So I reverted to a save file from before the event, and Willow Creek was fine.

I then continued playing and wanted to build the apartment building on the 64 x 64 lot again. As soon as I set up the lot, the problems with deletion started again in Willow Creek.

Which kind of informations do you need to finaly fix the issue? It seems coming back with new expansion packs. Even players which do not use mods at all.
