Floating plants in certain planters

In certain planters, a check seems to indicate it is all the large ones except the eco lifestyle one from debug, and the ones from cottage living, the smaller plants seem to float above the planters, it is only the smaller plants who do, trees in the planters do not, also there is no issue with the smaller planters, i have not checked the vertical planter. This has been an issue for years for me, can't remember for how long, I just kept forgetting to report it. Also a google search indicates someone has made a report in the past but I am redirected to the front page of the forums if I click on the link.
