EDITED I believe this issue concerns several unique vendor objects, such as market stalls, from various packs. The following objects are no longer functional/interactable and don't spawn a vendor...

I just started having this issue but it’s only in Henford on Bagley. The grocery and Crumplebottom’s stalls are always closed. I get a last exception whenever I load into the pub lot so I can go to the stalls.
