Ideas
When I organise a funeral event, I seem to no longer get an urn or headstone to perform the funeral activities. The funeral cannot be completed properly this way without the urn or headstone in the inventory of my active sim that organises the event. This is not an issue for sims that passed in the active household but it is an issue otherwise. It worked fine for me before the updates.
