Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- To be sure, by stack you mean the queue on the left hand side ? All the orders you have given your Sims ?I don't use any mod or CC
And yes I'm talking about the queue on the left, everything is cleared and the sims directly focus on the cleaning mold action
