No to all of these suggestions. The only hired service in the household I am currently playing is a gardener. I always make sure that the Sharing is Caring NAP is never activated. I haven't used Residential Rentals for a long time due to how buggy For Rent is, so I stick to normal Residential lots.
Does it happen after switching to a different household?
