Erd_0001 I was able to replicate the issue in a test build. I've no idea why it happens, but it does and apparently it only happens with a residential rental venue. I tested a few other venues, and it doesn't happen with them. So, I would consider it some sort of bug with the residential rental venue type.
But it's just a visual thing. In game, you could hide it with strategic placement of bushes or objects, and no one would be the wiser unless they looked closely.
