[FR] Furnishings: $0, No floor up/down on map, causing endless loading

I'm experiencing the endless loading when enter to any lot on a world that has RR lot, both in Live mode and Build mode through the world map and while playing.

I find most units will show "Furnishings: $0" and there's no option to go to the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor) or above in case the 1st floor (UK: ground floor) is shared area.

I did workaround by disable all mods but still happening. Then I did workaround by let the game generate the new document folder and put Saves, Tray, Mods back and it worked. But after playing for just an hour, it's happening again. I have no idea what causing this. Please see screenshots attached.

For the first screenshot, there's an arrow for floor up/down because the unit above shows furnishings value as usual (not zero). I believe I might be able to still access that household particularly. But the other lot in the neighbourhood will show as empty lot or pre-made lot.

As this report contains multiple bugs and we may already have active dedicated bug report threads opened for them here "Compiled list of reported issues" this thread has been closed.

If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
